Founder of Lasan has considerable experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry, having successfully set-up, owned and managed the award-winning Lasan restaurant in St Paul’s Square, Birmingham since 2002.
Jabbar has taken an active role in developing the Lasan brand through innovative marketing, strong management and customer care, which has been endorsed by a number of the industry’s top awards including the Institute of Directors prestigious Young Director of the Year award.
Furthermore, Jabbar has been included in the ‘Who’s Who of Britain’s Young Business Elite’ as one of Britain’s best performing young business people; and was also a finalist in the ‘Young Restaurant Manager of the Year’, ‘Most Outstanding Young Business Person of the Year’ and ‘Restaurant Personality of the Year’.
Most recently, he has been selected as one of the region's top entrepreneurs in the Midlands Business Insider magazine's latest 42 Under 42 list.
