Dosa is a popular south Indian wrap, but quite a rarity here in the UK. Made from fermented rice and dhal flour, it is created like a crêpe, and then stuffed with a delicious filling of your choice, served with chutneys and or vegetable sambar. Dosa is traditionally eaten by hand without cutlery.
